Love Hair offer two payment options. Customers can complete payment by either making a bank transfer into our business account or alternatively paying directly into our PayPal account. Full payment details will be provided upon completion of an order.
We provide two methods of shipment. Customers can opt to have their order shipped out to them using our standard service. Our standard service takes 1-3 days
Please note* Love Hair are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, bad weather, postal strikes or courier delays. Please keep in mind that public holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
Tracking Your Order
Customers will receive an email from us with a confirmation tracking number as soon as goods have been dispatched. If you do not receive a confirmation tracking number please contact us on +447940777004 or alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org
You may exchange any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full exchange. Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded. To put forward an exchange request please email us at email@example.com

Please note: Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our customers.
